So I’ve been stable for three year now. Thanks to Dr. G at Access Hospital Dayton outpatient services. I used to be in and out of the hospital because of outbursts and hallucinations. It had gotten so bad that I was in hospital twice in 2018 before I got on Invega Sustenna.
Invega Sustenna is helping a lot, but weight gain is terrible. I’ve gained so much weight on this med that my face is chubby now, and I have a bit of a gut. I’ve had to cut down on my eating habits again. I feel like I’m losing weight because I cut some pasta out of my diet.
I take other meds too for depression, anxiety and more. The dry mouth sucks so much but still take them. I feel so much better than I was in 2018.
